ABC was forced to end the taping early, we learned exclusively, when the situation got out of control.

Jake and Vienna had not seen each other since separately announcing their breakup and when ABC put them together to tape a segment for July 5 the network got fireworks.

A member of Team Jake told RadarOnline.com: “Jake stayed very calm through out the whole show. Vienna, on the other hand, continued to interrupt him every time he spoke. To the point where Chris (the host), had to tell her, ‘Let him finish, let him finish.’”

But a member of Team Vienna, who was also an eyewitness, told RadarOnline.com: “He was angry throughout the interview and kept telling her to shut up.  At one point he actually said shut up! shut up! shut up! three times in a row.

“Vienna said, ‘Jake we are just talking. Please stop speaking to me like you’re my father. Jake responded,

‘If I was your father you wouldn’t act like this.’”

Ouch! Both insulting and strange!

The Team Jake eyewitness insists he was “the courteous, classy guy that he has always been. Vienna got upset and allowed her emotions to be played out.

“You will see when the special airs, he was very calm. Every single time she felt she was long control, she interrupted.”

RadarOnline.com learned that taping did not start until 2 am Thursday because Bachelor Pad, the show Jake is now on, didn’t finish shooting until approximately 1:30 am.

The Team Vienna eyewitness told RadarOnlin.com that Jake “seemed very prepared for the interview.  He seemed to have prepared answers.”

Both sources agree that Vienna and Jake did not see each other until the cameras rolled. And as RadarOnline.com was first to report, Jake blew up at one point and turned in his chair and made a fist.

Even though ABC tried to defuse this shocking aspect of the story, releasing a statement saying no one was ever in danger, multiple eyewitnesses confirmed to us that Jake did indeed make a fist.

When that happened, Vienna put her head in her lap and started crying.

“A producer said, ‘Get her out of here. She shouldn’t have to deal with that,’” another source told RadarOnline.com. “Then a bunch of people came running and Jake and Vienna were separated.

“She was so upset she ripped off her microphone and didn’t want to go back.”

One of the execs said “we never stop in the middle of an interview.” But they did stop. It was over.

Several execs started apologizing and the entire situation dissolved. The taping was over.

“No one knows how ABC will edit it  yet and how much they’ll show,” said another eyewitness. “But it was bad.”
