It should. The sassy singer rocked the exact same Syren dress in a palm tree print just a week ago in NYC. Katie is loving the latex specializing label, who have created custom skin-hugging couture for everyone from Madonna to Janet Jackson.
Katy is not only indulging in the L.A. based company’s halter dress, rocking the high-waisted hot pants in two different colors in her poppy California Gurls video.
