How much would you pay to sit near an A-list star at Game 7 of the NBA finals in Los Angeles?
One fan bid at least $81,083 for a court-side seat to the festivities, as the hype reaches a fever pitch for Thursday's decisive game between the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers, RadarOnline.com can report.
The huge bid was place on online auctioneer Stubhub.com, and other sites such as eBay were full of fast, furious bidding in anticipation of the much-ballyhooed showdown on the hardwood. Even fans paying for nosebleed seats were coughing up to $600 for tickets to the event, the first Game 7 in the finals since the San Antonio Spurs edged the Detroit Pistons four games to three in 2005.
