Montag, 23, and Pratt, 26, exchanged vows in a lavish ceremony on April 25, 2009.
The couple arrived at Pastor Campbell’s church in a white Rolls Royce Phantom and before the ceremony, an airplane flew overhead and wrote "Spencer loves Heidi" in the sky.
Thirteen months later, their marriage has imploded, with Montag moving out after coming to the conclusion to end their strained relationship.
During the marriage, Montag also become estranged from her family and just weeks ago sought a restraining order against her mother, Darlene Egelhoff.

Pastor Campbell suggested the couple’s high-profile line of work could have caused issues.
"I'm sure that one of the issues they struggle with is the stress of their work together,” he told RadarOnline.com.
“For example, always having to push to a new and higher level is very hard work and puts a huge strain on all relationships."
Pastor Campbell said the reality-television newlyweds were required to undergo pre-marital counseling prior to their nuptials.
"Most couples have faced difficult times and love is tested,” he added.
“It seems to be the one common denominator of all marriages and relationships. I pray for Spencer and Heidi and their happiness.”
