Spencer Pratt may not have wife Heidi Montag by his side — but even in separation, he could still make money off her. The Hills’ star is starting his own paparazzi agency, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The wacky producer/manager/reality star needs to do something to stay in the news—so he’s going to start making the news himself.
On Thursday he went to Twitter told his 836,080 followers “send me all your celeb photos you take with your camera phones and i will post them on my new blog KINGSPENCER.com and give you credit and $.”
Yes, he’s now got a website called King Spencer.
Another tweet says “anyone tweet me any celebrity sitings I'm starting my own PAP agency! I will pay for good tips if they get me the photo hahaha”
Spencer, we hope this business works out better for you than the crystal collection did.
