Katie Holmes’ one-time fiancé Chris Klein was released on a $25,000 bond after being arrested for DUI after 3 a.m. Wednesday in Sherman Oaks, California, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The California Highway Patrol says that Klein was driving on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley when he crossed three lanes. They tell RadarOnline.com that he had two or three times the legal limit of alcohol.
