Charlie Sheen is in court on Monday in connection with his Christmas day assault on estranged wife Brooke Mueller and RadarOnline.com is bringing you moment-to-moment updates from the hearing in Aspen, Colorado.
Around 3:15 PT, Sheen arrived to court. The actor was wearing a suit and tie and sunglasses as he walked to the courtroom flanked by members of his legal team. Earlier in the day, he was spotted boarding the private jet that took him from Los Angeles to Colorado.

Sheen- who faces charges of felony menacing and two misdemeanors of 3rd degree assault and criminal mischief- is expected to plead no contest to misdemeanor assault which wil have a jail sentence of thirty days.
