In the agreement papers that Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller signed as a precursor to their divorce, not just did they settle finances, the troubled couple agreed not to talk to the media about their alleged drug use and sexual affairs, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
The documents preclude both Charlie and Brooke from talking to a media source about each other's alleged drug use.
But Brooke's silence goes even further.
She has agreed not to talk about the Two and a Half Men star's many sexual affairs!
"Brooke agrees not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie's sexual affairs or alleged drug use," the documents read.
RadarOnline.com previously exclusively reported that Charlie had multiple affairs while married to Brooke, and even brought a paid escort to their home while Brooke was out of town.
Charlie has agreed not to discuss personal information regarding Brooke's alleged drug use, as well.
Brooke is checking into a 30-day rehab facility to continue to fight her drug and alcohol addiction.
This will be at least the sixth time she has entered a rehab facility to beat her crack and alcohol addiction.
The documents, which will take effect if Brooke and Charlie file for divorce, detail the financial settlement for Brooke.

Brooke insisted that her child support remain the same as the support Charlie's ex-wife Denise Richard's receives for her children with Charlie and said that is necessary because her earning potential was significantly less than Denise's.
“Brooke does not have the assets, earning capacity or earnings that Denise has. Bob and Max do not have the trust funds that Sam and Lola have,” the documents stated."
