VIDEO: Jesse James: "I Just Told Her Basically Everything -- That I Had Affairs Outside Our Marriage"

Jesse James explained to ABC News how he broke the news of his serial cheating to his Academy Award-winning wife Sandra Bullock.

"I just told her basically everything," James told ABC's Vicki Mabrey. "That I had affairs outside of our marriage."

When Mabrey asked him if he thought Bullock suspected his serial cheating, James said, "I think she's had her suspicions ... in the past, and I lied, and lied my way out of it. I lied to everyone about everything, even to myself."

Following the scandal's outbreak, James spent a month at Sierra Tucson Rehab Facility in Arizona to treat his sex addiction. Bullock, who announced she has filed for divorce, is going through with the plans the couple had made to adopt a baby boy from New Orleans, Louisiana named Louis Bardot.

Parts of the interview aired Tuesday, May 25 on Good Morning America, and the full chat will air on a special edition of ABC's Nightline Tuesday at 11:35/10:35c.
