A teary-eyed James, in a preview clip we have right here for you RadarOnline.com, told ABC's Vicki Mabrey he "took a pretty amazing life and amazing success and marriage ... and threw it away by his own hands," in reference to his serial cheating, which reportedly took place with at least five different women.

Bullock, who's filing for divorce, is going through with the plans the couple had made to adopt a baby boy named Louis Bardot on her own.

When asked if he'd felt like the most hated man in America, James said, "I think the 'most hated man in the world,' now."

James, who spent a month at Sierra Tucson Rehab Facility in Arizona to treat his sex addiction, has been back to the grind of his everyday life in Southern California in recent weeks, having been snapped at both his Huntington Beach home and his Long Beach-based West Coast Choppers shop.

Other topics covered in the piece, according to the network, include James explaining his past, what compelled him to be unfaithful and what, if any, role he will play in Louis Bardot's upbringing.
