Every year, Dean works with celebrity jeweler Neil Lane to find the perfect ring for their anniversary, and this year he opted for a custom designed, darkened diamond eternity band.
The former 90210 star also wore a pair of seriously stunning Neil Lane diamond earrings and a beyond breathtaking diamond ruffle cuff, which must have been blinding friends and family as she reaffirmed her love to her hunky husband!
