Survivor Producer To Seek Custody Of Kids Friday

Former Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman will ask for permanent guardianship of his young children Camila and Alec in a Los Angeles courtroom Friday morning, and RadarOnline.com will be front-and-center at 10:30 a.m. PST to give you all of the updates.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, to clear the custodial path for their son, Bruce’s parents David and Juanita Beresford-Redman filed an ex-parte motion in Los Angeles on Thursday to terminate temporary guardianship of Camila and Alec, who have been in their custody since the death of their mother Monica.
Bruce, Monica and their kids had been staying at the Moon Palace resort in Cancun last month, when Monica was reported missing after allegedly not returning from a shopping trip; her body was found in a sewer at the resort April 8.
"As Camila's and Alec's biological parent, it is my desire to immediately resume full custodial and parental responsibility of Camila and Alec, and I am capable and fit to do so," Bruce Beresford-Redman said in court documents.
Mexican state police have named Bruce, who has not been charged with a crime, as a person of interest in the ongoing murder investigation. Bruce's attorney in Mexico said that the producer left this weekend after growing impatient with the country's slow-moving legal system.
