Slitty Stars: The Sexiest Red Carpet Trend Of The Season

Forget about micro minis to show off a hot bod!  This season, stars are showing off their legs in floorlength gowns, which feature dangerously high slits.  Everyone from Kate Hudson to Beckinsale to Winslet is indulging in the luxe, leggy trend, and we are loving what we have seen so far.

At the Cannes Film Festival this week, Michelle Rodriguez and Kate Becksinale rocked super sexy, side-slit gowns, while Katy Perry was one step away from a wardrobe malfunction at the Costume Institute Gala last month in her lit-up, slit-up Cute Circuit gown.  Kim Kardashian was conservatively slit in her mom's vintage Valentino at the White House Correspondents Dinner, while Kate Winslet hit the BAFTA Awards in a stunning, cutout slit Stella McCartney.
