Lindsay Lohan was snapped boarding a boat in Cannes Harbor Wednesday night in France, despite having a 8:30 a.m. court date scheduled in Los Angeles Thursday, and RadarOnline.com has the pics  for you.

Lohan, looking out-of-sorts, was dressed in a bizarre get-up of black short shorts, thigh-high black pantyhose and a short black jacket as she boarded the boat.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Lohan, 23, sent a e-mail to her family and friends in a desperate attempt to procure a private jet for a quick ride ride home, as she said she's trapped in the French film hub after her passport was stolen.

"I would never ask such a thing, but if there's anything that I could ever ask of anyone, it would be to help me with this," she wrote in the e-mail obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com on Wednesday. "I must get back on a jet to LA tomorrow. If anyone has planes leaving Nice/Cannes at any time after 11am when I get my passport, please, please, let me know if you can help me. God bless All my love."

The Mean Girls star's Thursday court session is for the purpose of updating authorities on the progress she's making in her alcohol education program. While the program filed a document with the court saying Lohan is in compliance, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report that the presiding judge is not happy with the film star's recent antics.

The deputy district attorney told RadarOnline.com that she will seek up to 180 days in jail if Lohan is found to have violated her probation.
