Mark Kerrigan, the brother of Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan who is charged with manslaughter for their father's death, got the terms of his
bail modified to allow for his knee surgery and extended household responsibilities.
Since posting a $25,000 bail, Mark has lived at the family's Stoneham home. He wears a GPS monitoring device which tracks his movements since he is not
allowed to leave the premises.
On Monday, Judge Jane Haggerty granted his legal team's request to remove the GPS device while he undergoes knee surgery.
Mark is also now allowed to go to the edge of the property every Monday to take out the trash and do yard work to help his mom.
