With her probation hearing just days away, Lindsay Lohan partied at a Iggy Pop concert in New York City on Thursday night…this, as a judge on Friday continues to review reports from her court mandated alcohol education classes.

Lindsay’s dad, Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.com that Lindsay refuses to help herself.

“Some of us are ‘fighting’ to help Lindsay and work on ourselves in a positive way, while Lindsay parties rather than helping herself,” Michael said. “Instead, she is helping other people get into concerts! Isn't she supposed to be in mourning?”

Lohan is referring to the death of Lindsay’s uncle and Dina Lohan’s brother, who died suddenly earlier this week after reportedly being sick for some time. As for his own health, Michael says he’s taken up a new fitness workout to strengthen his heart following a mild heart attack.

“I’m doing a combination of kickboxing and yoga and it’s called Koga,” Lohan said. “It’s amazing, I just started and I love it. Here I am at 50 getting in shape and helping myself and Lindsay continues to party and refuse help.”
