EXCLUSIVE: Judge To Revoke Lindsay Lohan's Probation
May 19 2010, Published 10:00 a.m. ET
Lindsay Lohan was still in Cannes on Monday night, as a judge back in Los Angeles vowed to revoke her probation during her scheduled court appearance on Thursday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The Mean Girls star will be released on her own recognizance and a probation violation hearing will be scheduled, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.
Lohan will be required to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet until the hearing, which likely will take place in five to seven weeks, we’ve learned.
During that time she will not be permitted to consume any alcohol.
Earlier this week, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ordered Lindsay, who has been at Cannes, to appear in court Thursday for her progress report hearing. On Tuesday, court papers were filed showing that Lindsay is in compliance with her alcohol education classes.
Despite that, the Judge is not happy that Lindsay has missed classes some weeks and made them up later.

And that is adding up to big trouble.
If Lohan fails to appear on Thursday a warrant for her arrest will be issued.
