“I’m fed up with her lies, I’m fed up with her denial,” Michael said about his daughter Lindsay.
With his emotions running from anger to extreme concern for Lindsay, Michael talked about how jail would impact his daughter. “It is really, really going to hurt her,” he told RadarOnline.com. “It is going to have a long term effect on her and it isn’t going to be a good one.” He went on to say “she’s famous, very vulnerable very sensitive. She’s not suited for jail.”
Judge Marsha Revel issued a bench warrant after ruling that Lindsay had violated her probation. Bail was set at $100,000 and Michael told RadarOnline.com exclusively that he would post Lindsay’s bail if necessary “I’d do whatever I have to.”

“She could’ve been back here,” Michael said. “We had a jet waiting for Lindsay. We had everything waiting for her. She just ignored everything I said.”
Responding to an accusation that Lindsay says Michael arranged for her passport to be stolen, her father fired back by telling RadarOnline.com exclusively “I’m so fed up with her now… To say that I had her passport stolen, I mean that was the straw that broke the camel’s back… She’s gonna get the book thrown at her.”

Too many people in Lindsay’s life are enabling destructive behavior, Michael believes. “I think she’s Lindsay in denial. I think she’s overlooking what the root of the problem really is,” Michael told RadarOnline.com. “It’s heartbreaking.”
Then, his anger and frustration growing, Michael said: “I have nothing to say to you Lindsay, nothing at all.”
He said “Lindsay is part of our family. She is our flesh and blood and we love her.”
