Lindsay Lohan’s alcohol education report has been filed in a Beverly Hills court and it shows that she is in compliance with program requirement.
RadarOnline.com has obtained the report which shows that she has attended 19 of 26 groups sessions and 24 of 26 interview sessions.
DOCUMENTS: Read The Progress Report
The program director wrote that Lindsay had improved since a December 15, 2009 court appearance. “She now attends regularly and consistently communicates in a timely manner to reschedule if necessary. Her attitude is positive and receptive to ideas regarding lifestyle changes. She has never come under the influence, been rude or disrespectful.”
Judge Marsha Revel, who is overseeing Lindsay’s case, has ordered the actress to appear in court for her next progress report hearing on Thursday, as RadarOnline.com was first to report.
Even though the program director wrote to the judge: “At this time Lindsay is in program compliance,” sources tell RadarOnline.com that the judge is not satisfied.
The judge is likely to find Lindsay in violation of her specific order that the actress attend class once a week. Lindsay has missed some weeks and then made up the class later. And while that has technically kept her in compliance with the alcohol education class, it has not satisfied the judge.
RadarOnline.com was first to report the progress report was going to be positive. The document filed Tuesday proves that, but Lindsay is still headed for a showdown with the judge Thursday.
