David Archuleta Goes from Idol To Author

He's only 19 but as of tomorrow, David Archuleta will add published author to his resume, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The popular American Idol runner-up's autobiography, Chords of Strength: A Memoir of Soul, Song and the Power of Perseverance, hits book stores June 1.
Archuleta was back on the Idol stage last week as part of the emotional farewell to judge Simon Cowell.

"I'm hoping that people will find things in common with me," Archuleta told Utah's Deseret News.
"I know I haven't lived for the longest time, but I have learned things," he said.
