Bret Michaels' physicians will address his condition in a news conference scheduled for Tuesday at Phoenix, Arizona’s Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital, RadarOnline.com has learned.
"Barrow neurologists and neurosurgeons," according to an update on Michaels' Web site, will congregate "to discuss and update his condition, treatment and prognosis in full detail” at a news conference slated to begin at 12 p.m. MST.
As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, the 47-year-old singer's sister, Michelle Sychak, told radio station KEZO on Monday that Bret “was definitely doing better -- he was kind of getting up and starting to walk a little bit... obviously, if he’s up and moving, that’s great, but honestly it’s not going to surprise me if he’s still in the ICU Friday.”
Michaels was rushed to the hospital on April 22 after complaining of a massive headache. Doctors later determined he had suffered a brain hemorrhage.
Michaels, the former frontman for the rock group Poison, can currently be seen on NBC's Celebrity Apprentice.
