Jesse James’ alleged mistress #1, Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, said she's no Nazi and has no swastika tattoo in new court papers filed against Ronald Shane Modica, the father of her son Avery – the only problem is, sorry “Bombshell”, but we’ve seen the tattoo.
Some of the more interesting proclamations on the declaration include: “I do NOT have swastika tattoo on me” (again, not true)... "I do NOT show my children how to 'Nazi salute"... "I do NOT do any pornography in my home" and "I do not take drugs or take pills," among other claims.

She also said of an infamous picture that made its’ way around the Web (the one featuring the words “White Power” spelled out in magnets on her fridge) that "the child block magnets spelling 'white power' was NOT of my doing. Friends of Shane's did this and gave the picture to Shane upon HIS requested (sic) so he could use it against me in court."
McGee has been going to court in style, as we previously reported, as the stripper was seen tooling around in a luxurious Maserati, meaning she’s had some financial windfall since stepping forward as the mistress of Sandra Bullock’s husband.
