Jesse James Holding Out Hope Of Reconciling With Sandra Bullock

Jesse James has not given up hope of salvaging his marriage to his estranged wife Sandra Bullock, and to being a father to the baby son they were in the process of adopting before their scandalous split, RadarOnline.com can report.
Although Bullock has said she’s filing for a divorce from the serial cheater, and going through with adopting her baby son Louis Bardo Bullock on her own, James is still holding out for another chance with the A-list screen star.
James, 41, wrote an emotional letter to People Magazine expressing his love for both The Blind Side star and the infant they were on track to adopt. The couple reportedly began the adoption process in 2006, but only learned in January that they had been matched with a baby boy; they had decided to adopt a child from New Orleans after falling in love with the area after assisting with Hurricane Katrina rebuilding efforts.
"The love I have for Louis cannot be put into words," James wrote. "Not having him around to love and to hold has left a huge hole in my heart.”
James, who has been accusing of cheating with several women, wrote that "Sandy is the love of my life, but considering the pain and devastation I have caused her, it would be selfish to not let her go."
James, who spent the last month at Sierra Tucson Rehab Facility in Arizona, wrote that he's currently focusing on "beating his addiction," and to show he's not what everyone says he is.

“I know in my heart that I can be the best father possible to my four children and the mate Sandy deserves, and realize that this is an incredible mountain to climb," he wrote. "But I believe the steps I have taken in the last 30 days are the foundation to making this happen.”
Sandra Bullock's Deep Desire To Be A Mom
Since completing his rehab, James has back to the grind of his everyday life in California, and having been spotted (not wearing his wedding ring) the past two days at his Huntington Beach home and his Long Beach-based West Coast Choppers shop.
In spite of James' hope for reconciliation, it does not appear likely the couple will kiss and make up.
“Yes, I have filed for a divorce. I don’t know what else to say. I’m sad, and I’m scared,” Bullock -- who was snapped last week sans ring, as well -- told People Magazine. “I will be adopting as a single parent – anything else will be taken day by day.”
