Jessica Simpson and Hilary Duff celebrated the 125th Anniversary of Good Housekeeping magazine, both walking down the red carpet in iffy ensembles. Jessica, who has been under the spotlight for her exaggerated curves, as of late, stepped out in a Matthew Williamson strapless mini, which flaunted her full figure.  The blonde beauty paired the geometrically patterned dress, which she was busting out of, with the Fendi Cinderella Lucite Platform heels from the Spring 2010 Collection and a metallic Calvin Klein clutch.

The newly engaged Hilary Duff opted for a tulle mess-of-a-dress designed by Vera Wang (could the blonde babe be considering Wang as her wedding gown designer?).  The one-shouldered embellished number was a tad too sophisticated for the young star, who finished the look off with Brian Atwood patent pumps and a Jimmy Choo Tube Clutch.
