Jesse James is back at his Huntington Beach home and his three children are with him, RadarOnline.com has the exclusive video to prove it.

The 40-year-old bad boy returned home Monday after spending about a month in sex rehab in Sierra Tucson in Arizona. His three kids, Chandler, Jesse Jr. and Sunny were reportedly staying with estranged wife Sandra Bullock, while Jesse was getting treatment.

The children, who have grown attached to the Oscar-winning actress, are caught in the middle of the cheating scandal.

But, they were reunited with their dad Monday.

First, it was 6-year-old Sunny who came home around 3 p.m. with the kids' nanny.  Then at around 5 p.m. 12-year-old Jesse Jr. and 15-year-old Chandler were driven home.

About an hour later, in exclusive video obtained by RadarOnline.com, Jesse returned home driving his custom-made motorcycle. He rolled up his sleeves revealing his tattoos; but kept his helmet on -- concealing his face and hiding his emotions.
