EXCLUSIVE: Sandra Bullock Will Not Seek Custody Of Jesse James' Children

Sandra Bullock will not seek any type of custody of Jesse James’ children, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
Even though Sandra has been a positive presence in the lives of her husband’s three children, the devastated actress says there will not be any kind of custody battle.
“She has absolutely no plans to get custody of Jesse James’ children,” said her rep, Cheryl Maisel.
Bullock was believed to be caring for Jesse James Jr, Chandler and Sunny while their dad was seeking help for sex addiction at Sierra Tucson in Arizona.
But new pictures show the tattooed biker back at his Huntington Beach, Ca home with his children.
The revelation comes six weeks after the first of Jesse’s many affairs were uncovered. And in an ironic twist before the scandal broke Bullock was wrestling James’ ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder for custody of their six-year-old girl.
Bullock was raising James’ daughter, Sunny, after porn-star Lindemulder was jailed for tax evasion. "I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have the girl, was because I could not have children of my own," Bullock said in a letter to the judge at Lindumulder’s court hearing. “That couldn't be farther from the truth.

“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition the girl will be in.
“I know the term 'stepmother' carries many connotations, one of them being 'glorified babysitter,'" Bullock wrote. "My commitment and responsibility to the girl goes beyond that."
Although the 45-year-old has never had any children of her own, just last year she hinted at the possibility of adoption. "If I waited too long, it's because we were supposed to do other things," Bullock told Instyle magazine. "If it is just too late? There are millions of children on this planet that I would be honored to call my own."
