Randy and Evi Quaid are expected to appear in Santa Barbara criminal court Wednesday morning and if they pull another no show – as they have done in the past – senior deputy district attorney Arnie Tolks tells RadarOnline.com there will be big trouble.
“If they fail to show up then we will have another warrant out for their arrest and the bail will be set even higher,” Tolks told RadarOnline.com exclusively Tuesday afternoon.
The Quaids Mug for the Camera Again
The couple have repeatedly failed to show up for hearings in a felony case alleging they used an invalid credit card at the exclusive San Ysidro Ranch, skipping out on a bill of more than $10,000. Although they have since paid their outstanding bill, prosecutors say a crime was still committed.
