Reality star Gretchen Rossi has filed a lawsuit for defamation against her ex-boyfriend Jay Photoglou, sources tell RadarOnline.com.

This comes just one day after Rossi was issued a bench warrant for not appearing in court.

Photoglou says she owes him more than $21,000 and the hearing was to determine how much money she makes and how many assets she has.

The judge gave her a break by giving her a week to solve the issue before activating the bench warrant for her arrest.
