In the lawsuit Papa charges the defendants in falsely identifying her as starring a porn video that was actually shot in 2004 and featured X-rated star Lucy B.

The defendants continued to advertise and state that Papa was in the tape despite a public press release from the director and male star saying that it was not her and identifying Lucy B.

Mental anguish, lost revenues and a damaged reputation add up to Papa asking for more than $1 million in the suit.

Zero attempt has been made by the plaintiffs to cease and desist from using Papa’s likeness in an unauthorized manner, she charges.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Rozlyn Says “I Did Not Have Sexual Relationship With Producer”

Papa says in the court papers that she has been approached to appear in other reality TV shows since leaving The Bachelor. She was booted from the show after it was alleged she had an inappropriate relationship with one of the producers. Papa denied having a sexual relationship and became a controversial figure who returned later in the season and argued on camera with the other contestants.
