Celebrity Apprentice Star's Hospital Scare

Celebrity Apprentice contestant and chef-to-the-stars Curtis Stone has survived a hospital emergency while visiting his home nation of Australia.
Stone has revealed he had emergency surgery on Wednesday afternoon and doctors removed his infected appendix.

"I thought it was a tummy bug,” Stone said from hospital.
“The doctor thought it was gastro on Tuesday night, but it got pretty bad on Wednesday,"

When the pain had not subsided, he went to a private hospital in Melbourne and was diagnosed with acute appendicitis.
