Bo Derek had a big scare Wednesday, as RadarOnline.com has learned the 10 star was aboard a Rex charter propeller jet when one of the plane's two engines failed during the flight, causing a horrifying 20-minute mid-air impasse until the pilot was able to land without incident at Sydney, Australia's Mascot Airport.
The ex-Playboy stunner/horse aficionado assumed the crash position with the other passengers during the plane's safe descent and landing.

Derek, undaunted by the scare, hopped onto another Rex jet en route Australia's Hunter Valley, where she was scheduled to look at stud horses. "It's the kind of day you're glad the plane had two engines," the 53-year-old beauty told The Herald Sun following the horrifying occurrence. "The airline was fantastic, the pilot was wonderful.
"I got on another plane, and now I'm here at the beautiful stud farms," she told the paper.
