Gary Busey looked like a beach bum in Santa Monica, pairing a llama sweatshirt with moccasin boots, while sporting hair highlights! Avril Lavigne’s on-and-off hubby Deryck Whibley resurrected Elvis in Hollywood, while Holly Madison looked too-tan wearing too much pink in Las Vegas!
