Meanwhile, in Australia, the chart-topping Ke$ha stepped out, hauntingly hooded, wearing a colorfully embroidered cape over cutout leggings and a skull t-shirt.
Bar Refaeli and Miranda Kerr showed off their supermodel style, scoring slots on the Best Dressed list wearing covetable ensembles, while Catherine Zeta-Jones looked ready to enlist, wearing an admirals cap in NYC.
