What’s a major live TV event without an ad controversy? This time, Ashley Madison, a dating website for cheaters, did a spoof on Avatar that was rejected by ABC, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The commercial features African Americans in Avatar-like make-up and some ad execs are saying it’s not funny and it’s slightly racist depicting blacks as cheaters.

Reps from the dating site say ABC, the home of infidelity laden Desperate Housewives, is being hypocritical.
The company that owns Ashley Madison has pulled this stunt before. They own ManCrunch.com, which is a gay dating site. CBS turned down their Super Bowl ad showing two male football fans kissing on the couch while watching the game.
And, you may remember, this is the same website that offered Tiger Woods $10 Million to come on board to be their spokesperson.
