On Monday night, fans of The Bachelor got a sneak peak at Jake Pavelka’s fancy footwork, but RadarOnline.com can now show you pictures of his first dance lesson with partner Chelsie Hightower.

Jake, who is one of the new Dancing With The Stars contestants, showed up for rehearsals in jeans and a long sleeve shirt, but he quickly learned:

Lesson # 1: Slip into something comfortable: T-shirt and shorts.

She skipped the basics and advanced to doing the Tango with Season 7 champ Derek Hough. She was rocking her pumps with some designer sweats.

Astronaut Buzz Aldrin, who walked on the moon, is learning how to glide in his loafers with his dancing partner Ashly Costa (formerly DelGrosso).

The new season of Dancing With The Stars launches with a two-hour premiere, Monday March 22nd 8 p.m. on ABC.
