The Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards is one of the most laidback awards shows around, where the young viewers of the network get pick the winners. While the red carpet is a lot less pretentious than others, there have been several notable moments over the years, as stars have experienced style siren moments and embarrassing fashion flops.

Hilary and Haylie Duff would probably like us to forget their colorful, belly-baring getup in 2002, when they stepped out in brightly patterned, beachwear.  Katie Cassidy may be a Melrose Place vixen now, but a few years ago, the gorgeous blonde wore legwarmers over her boots on the red carpet!

In 2009, Miley Cyrus snagged Best Dressed status, looking angelic in a white Sheri Bodell gown, which featured tiers of luxurious fabric, repeating the success of the rhinestone-embellished Stella McCartney mini she donned the year before.

During the 1990's, all-girl band TLC rocked coordinating, netted costumes, which spelled out their acronymic name, while Lil Mama's Lipgloss may have been "poppin" in 2008, but her messaged Betsey Johnson was definitely floppin!
