Man Charged With Stalking Dr. Drew Arraigned, Restraining Order Granted

The man charged with stalking Dr. Drew Pinsky was arraigned on Friday. Prosecutors sought and were granted a restraining order keeping Charles Pearson away from Dr. Drew and his family.
RadarOnline.com was in court in Pasadena, California as deputy district attorney Wendy Segall requested and was granted the restraining order, which is in place for three years
Pearson pled not guilty and his bail was set at $400,000. He has been charged with stalking and five counts of making criminal threats. All of those charges are felonies.

INTERVIEW: Dr. Drew Reveals New Details About Threats Against Him
Pearson threatened to kill Dr. Drew’s three children and make his wife eat them. He also previously sued Dr. Drew in small claims court, where he accused Dr. Drew of implanting him with tracking devices.
Pearson was arrested March 3. His next court date is March 18.
