Lil Wayne Beats Jail Rap, For Now

Grammy Winner Lil Wayne’s lyrics are about staying out of jail, and that’s exactly what he’s doing, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The rapper was set to be sentenced in a gun case on Tuesday, but it was put off because of a fire at the courthouse.
This is the second delay in Lil Wayne’s sentencing. It was already put off because the rap star needed dental surgery on his gemstone-encrusted teeth.
Lil Wayne’s attorney Stacey Richman says Lil Wayne was actually upset about this postponement, “once you make up your mind to do something, you want to do it.”
Lil Wyane Detained Border Possible Marijuana Possession
The 27 year old could be sentenced to a year in prison after pleading guilty in October to attempted criminal possession of a weapon. He admitted having a loaded gun on his bus tour when he was topped in New York in July 2007.
