Jesse James Spills Guts To Police Officer

Jesse James has finally broken his silence ... for an audience of one.
Sandra Bullock's husband had a 15-minute heart-to-heart conversation with a California Highway Patrol officer regarding his marital problems, RadarOnline.com has learned.
James was pulled over on the eastbound 10 Freeway, about eight miles west of Blythe, California at 11 a.m. Friday. He was reportedly en route to Arizona.
The officer pulled James over because he was missing a front license plate, and his black Mercedes had tinted windows. The officer said James presented his ID and was "extremely courteous during the enforcement contact," according to the police report.
James received a verbal warning for the violations, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
