In her last public appearance before filming begins for season two of the breakout hit MTV series Jersey Shore, Jenni “J-WOWW” Farley stepped out in New York Thursday night, showing off a TV ready body -- alongside a plastic surgeon who specializes in boob jobs!

RadarOnline.com was there as J-WOWW launched a cosmetic surgeon's skin care product in a sea of flash bulbs -- proving that Jersey Shore is still the biggest surprise mega-hit in recent memory.

And J-WOWW left little the imagination, often nearly popping out of a tight black top. With the cast rumored to be headed to Miami's South Beach, she looks like she's ready for bikini days!

J-WOWW's New York appearance was to promote Dr. Stephen Greenberg, a breast augmentation specialist, who is the brains behind a new product, "Cosmetic Surgeon In A Jar."

"I've been working with him for the last couple of months," J-WOWW told the small gathering at a Manhattan restaurant.

"I've been traveling across the country lately and I've been seeing men, women and children of all ages with pretty bad skin.

"I've been trying to tell them, I've been using his line and to really give it a try.

"I had some really bad skin growing up."

In a previous interview, when asked about her “beautiful, natural-looking breasts", J-WOWW sarcastically said: “Oh yeah, so natural!"

"I think a couple of my girlfriends were getting them. I think I wanted a new type of me when I moved down to New York. It was like my own present for myself when I was turning 21.”
