Dating a younger man has its advantages…just ask Courteney Cox Arquette!

The star of Cougar Town walked the red carpet at Paley Fest 2010 on Friday night looking toned and taut in a shimmery Balenciaga mini dress. Cox, who has been working out with Tracy Anderson (the trainer who whipped Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna into shape), told RadarOnline.com that she loves having a few years on husband of 11 years, David Arquette.

“My husband is seven years younger than me,” the 46-year old actress said. “I can’t imagine dating anyone my own age…I can’t really!”

On ABC’s Cougar Town, Courteney plays a divorced mom trying to move forward while attempting to date younger men. In real life, the actress says she thinks younger guys are attracted to the experience an older woman brings to the table.

“At my age, it’s still young enough…the experience and knowledge and the overall confidence that an older woman has is attractive to younger men,” she told RadarOnline.com.

With Oscar night looming, Courteney revealed her favorite nominees!

“Up,” she said, smiling. “I just thought it was a beautiful film…but they’re all great. I haven’t seen all of them but the one’s I’ve seen, I’ve loved.”
