EXCLUSIVE: Small Claim Lawsuit Against Dr. Drew Dismissed

Charles Pearson, the man arrested Wednesday night on a felony stalking charge for allegedly threatening to murder Dr. Drew Pinsky's family, had his small claim lawsuit against Dr. Drew dismissed RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the small claim lawsuit was dismissed on January 11th, 2010 by Commissioner Martin Green. Pearson had been seeking about $5k in damages against Dr. Drew and another man Phil Halamandaris.

In the court documents, Pearson accuses Dr. Drew of medical malpractice, auction tampering, mail fraud, corruption and computer trespassing, claiming that this occurred between July 2007 and December 2009. Dr. Drew told RadarOnline.com that he had never met Pearson.
Pearson is currently being held on $150k bail.
