In an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, Lohan says:

To address my former Fiancee, Erin Muller's statement to RadarOnline.com, let me say this; It’s very thoughtful that Erin has such regard for my health. First of all, I stated that it was my concern for her health and stress level, regarding her medical condition, as well as mine, leading me to worry.”

Lohan also says that he has damaging material that proves he has a case against Muller. “If this is over, EVERYTHING ends. And to prove it, if my attorney, Randy Zelin and I finally meet to mediate this with Erin and her attorney, I will make sure I put it in writing that Erin doesn't have to worry about ANYTHING being released and no charges will be pursued against her. I want this over as much as Erin does. The funny part is that my attorneys and I have been trying to end this for months. But Bryan Konoski has been avoiding doing so. That's why, I don't hold it against Erin as I do Bryan and the people around her. She actually has a good heart, but its been so hurt and corrupted by other people. I truly hope she means what she says. Afterall, this all started with a stupid violation and snowballed. Hopefully now, we finally can mediate, put this all to an end and go our own ways amicably, to enjoy life and reduce the stress in our lives. I wish her the best and thank her for her "heartfelt" concern.”
