Hot off her big Oscar win for her lead role in The Blind Side, Sandra Bullock’s moment to shine has been taken away by the one person who should have been the proudest, her husband Jesse James – and Hollywood is not happy about it!

“She certainly didn’t deserve that and that seems to be how everyone in the entertainment industry feels about it,” photographer Joel Beren told RadarOnline.com Thursday afternoon. “I live in Malibu, so we’ve all talked about it.”

Beren and his wife, famed pinup artist Olivia De Berardinis, have both worked with mistress number three, Brigitte Daguerre. Beren took nude photographs of Daguerre in the mid-90s and she has been modeling and posing for De Berardinis’ pinup art since she was 22-years-old.

“I feel really bad for all concerned. If he Jesse James really is a bad guy, then I guess it was inevitable that it would come out,” Beren said of Jesse’s alleged multiple affairs. “As you get more famous, it’s all bound to come out.”
