EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen Leaving Rehab Next Week

Charlie Sheen will be leaving rehab next week, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The Two and a Half Men star is already back at work, but spending his nights sleeping at the rehab facility.

Now he’s finishing his treatment.

“Charlie was in bad shape when he went in,” a source told RadarOnline.com. Sheen announced he was going in as a preventative measure but sources told RadarOnline.com that he was drinking again and using drugs.

He still faces trial in Aspen on three domestic violence charges.

Charlie’s wife Brooke Mueller left rehab and has been receiving treatment at home, according to her lawyer. Many medical experts contacted by RadarOnline.com are skeptical about the value of “at-home” rehab, especially considering Brooke has a crack addiction problem and suffers from alcoholism. And as RadarOnline.com reported exclusively, she’s been in rehab more than five times previously.

Meanwhile,  Sheen’s team is looking at adding super lawyer  Hal Haddon to his Colorado defense. Haddon was Kobe Bryant’s lawyer and one source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that both CBS and Warner Brothers are extremely concerned about Sheen’s legal fate due to their financial interest in his hit show. Those entities have made it known they want their investment protected and a big name lawyer like Haddon brought onboard.

Team Sheen already added Steve Cochran to the team, as first reported by RadarOnline.com.

For Sheen, getting out of rehab is another shot at getting his life together. He’s extremely concerned about the welfare of his twin boys with Brooke.

As for the marriage?

One source told RadarOnline.com: “I wish Las Vegas would let me bet on it! There is no greater ‘sure thing’ then this thing ends in divorce – and  soon!’”
