EXCLUSIVE: Michael And Kate Moving To Los Angeles

“Erin? Are you out of your mind? You called me Erin!” Lohan says in the call. Erin responds, “I could give a flying f***” before Michael tells her she needs help and hangs up on her.

Lohan, who is now dating Jon Gosselin’s ex, Kate Major, told RadarOnline.com, “If Bryan Konoski would have been a REAL lawyer ( months ago) and looked after his client’s best interest, and if Erin and her friends would stop harassing me and my family, a lot of this wouldn't have happened. My REAL attorney, Randy Zelin, who tries to avoid as much exposure for me as he can, continues to try with Konoski, but just in case they continue on their path, we are preparing subpoenas that will lead to another 3 or 4 felony federal or state charges and I am hiring another attorney that handles civil actions which I will pursue as well.”

Lohan continues,  “Then we will see, who's been and is telling the truth. Even the police and other authorities I have spoken to agree that the only way to end this is through some type of mediation.

I am sorry for all of this, I even felt sick thinking of Erin being in jail because I have been there myself and it’s no place a person wants anyone to be, but they continue to leave us no other choice.”
