The plus-sized actress won over hearts for her Oscar-nominated performance in Precious and is quickly changing the way things are done on the red carpet. Throughout 2009 and into 2010, the young star’s style has dramatically evolved as she continues to explore the glam world of couture.
Who says skin-and-bones starlets get to have all the fun? Gabourey has hit the press line over the past year, with an attention-grabbing color palate of purple, red, sapphire-blue and pink.
Lately, the Precious star has been rocking custom-designed gowns from Tadashi Shoji, leading many people to believe that come Oscar day, the stunning young star will be wearing another of his creations.
