The Jersey Shore cast appeared on The View Tuesday, and RadarOnline.com kept tabs on the two popular TV clans as they discussed everything from safe sex to sudden stardom.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio and the rest of the gang were on the ABC talk show to plug their new DVD set, Jersey Shore Uncensored: Season One.
Snooki remained unusually mum during the segment. When asked about the moment she knew she was famous, she said, "at birth."

When Behar asked if the safe sex pledges extend to the steamy hot tub in their TV house, Sherri Shepherd joked the "hot water kills all the sperm."
"It's really hot water," the Situation said. "It takes care of business."
When asked about long-term plans, The Situation said that he expects to be in reality TV for two more years, then segue into acting.
Despite criticism from Italian-American groups and loss of sponsors such as Domino's and Dell, the controversial reality hit continues to grow in popularity, as its' season finale brought 4.8 million viewers to MTV, more than three times the ratings of its season premiere.
