They may be rich and famous but that doesn't mean they don't love a deal! Hilary Duff and Jessica Alba have both been spotted in the hot new "jegging" trend, and here's a little secret: both girls got the look for less than you would think.  Though many jeggings cost close to $200, both girls opted for styles from Black Orchid, which retail for $83.

While Jessica rocked hers with $1,350 Prada calfskin harness strap boots, Hilary sported the best accessory of all: her blinging engagement ring from Mike Comrie.
