Lindsay Lohan needs to be in rehab for at least three months, her father told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive video interview.
What’s more, Michael Lohan is hoping to make that point to the judge overseeing Lindsay’s case at her status hearing on Thursday.
“I’ve been trying to get into court with the judge for a long time,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com. “The last time she was in court the judge should have drug tested her. If she had, I know Lindsay would have come up dirty and she would have been thrown into rehab.”

Lindsay is not required to be in Beverly Hills court Thursday as a judge reviews her progress report from a DUI conviction.
But even though Lindsay won’t be in court her father promised he would be there – and he wants to be heard.
“My daughter needs rehab for at least 3 months,” Michael told RadarOnline.com. “Come on… let’s face it, there are pictures of her out there—you reported it, others have reported it…of her drinking and taking pills in public. If you’re on probation, is that what the system approves of?”
Michael Lohan sat down with RadarOnline.com for an exclusive interview with his new girlfriend Kate Major. And while they discussed everything from their new relationship, to their old “friend” Jon Gosselin, it was Lindsay’s health that concerned Michael the most.
He’s convinced that Lindsay has an addiction to prescription pills and Lohan said he plans to confront the judge AND hopes to speak to Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holly.

Speaking to the camera, Michael addressed Lindsay directly, telling her, “It really p****s me off that when you have trouble or when you’re in St. Barth’s and you have nowhere to turn to and you tell me everything is going awry and your sister Ali Lohan, age 15 is missing…I’m up 6 hours in the night trying to hire a jet to pick you up and take you home…and then you flip the script on me.
